Veterinary Homeopathic Clinic provides homeopathic consultation and treatment for animals, including both privately owned pets and street or rescued animals.
 

• For privately owned pets: We charge a consultation or treatment fee depending on the case and duration of care.

• For street or rescued animals: We often provide treatment free of cost or at a subsidized rate as part of our welfare initiative.

• All treatments and consultations are carried out in good faith and with compassion for animal well-being.
   

• 2. Donations and Charitable Support

• We gratefully accept voluntary donations from kind individuals and organizations who wish to support our street animal treatment efforts.

• Your donations help us:

• Treat injured, sick, or abandoned animals free of cost.

• Care for our in-house rescued cats and other animals.

• Maintain medical supplies and improve facilities.

• Please note:

• Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and used at our discretion for animal welfare activities.

• At present, we do not issue tax exemption certificates (e.g., under Section 80G).

• Making a donation does not constitute payment for a service; it is an act of goodwill.
  
   

• 3. Treatment Disclaimer

• Homeopathic and holistic veterinary treatments are individualized and variable in response. While we provide treatment sincerely and based on experience:

• We do not guarantee any particular outcome, cure, or recovery.

• Each animal may respond differently based on health condition, environment, and other factors.

• You acknowledge that treatment may improve, remain unchanged, or worsen depending on the case.

• By accepting our services, you agree that:

• No refunds or reimbursements will be issued for treatment outcomes.

• We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to the treatment or advice provided.

• Our role is to guide and treat based on professional judgment, but final outcomes cannot be promised.
  
   

• 4. Consultation and Payments

• Fees for privately owned pets must be paid at the time of consultation or treatment.

• Fees, once paid, are non-refundable.

• In-person or online consultations should be scheduled in advance. Missed appointments without prior notice may still be chargeable.

• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment in cases of non-cooperation, abuse, or unethical behavior.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law:
